You way of explaining your own experiences is quite good brother as I have mentioned a lot of times earlier as well.

I have also told to myself that FUN IS THE FUNNEL for whatever one is doing.

If one doesn't have fun, then it is quite difficult to maintain the effort and do great at things in any walk/domain of life.

If you are unsure of a course of action, do not attempt it.

Your doubts and hesitations will infect your execution.

I have the same issue with writing. I have all those fragments and ideas. But as soon as I start writing I get bored and have to force myself to keep going until i eventually stop. Still I feel that there is something that draws me towards writing. I just haven’t found out what it is. And I hope as soon as I find it, writing becomes easy (not saying it becomes good – but easy and therefore: fun)

One of the most interesting ones! I also like sketching, I used to draw as a child for hours but then I just lost that patience and also feeling during the process. But last summer I spent few weeks in the Dolomites and tried to come back sketching. I also got frustrated with the results, but then I understood that the whole point was not achieving aesthetic, but freeze that wonderful moment on paper! I had to change style: from more detailed and nuanced to simple lines and figures, from pencil to a single pen. I’m so happy that the whole process has adapted 20years apart. Thanks for sharing!
